Core Developments NQ Pty Ltd is a Townsville North Queensland based local company that was established in 2007 as a small business providing services in maintenance and small projects. Starting with projects in the Medical and Dental fields, It was ran from a home office until 2009 until a built for purpose warehouse and Administration office on the fringe of the CBD was completed.
After a few successful years Core Developments NQ Pty Ltd invested a large amount of funds and time into enhancing it’s OH&S system’s and Quality Controls, Taking the Company from a Small to Medium enterprise.
In 2015 We Built a new larger and improved administration office building and moved our holding yard and workshop to separate locations.
We now services many other fields including, Mining, Aviation (Airports), Regional Airports, Defence bases, Minor Civil work’s, Education, funeral homes, Industrial Sheds and Demolition Consulting and yes we still in the medical and dental space completing more then 7 clinical refurbishments and upgrades.
